The Sally lightfoot crab is a brightly colored shore crab common on the black lava rocks of the Galápagos coastline. Adults show red, orange, and blue tones and dart quickly across rocks and shallow water. It scavenges algae and detritus in the splash zone. The species has not been assessed by the IUCN Red List.

Present year-round along rocky Galápagos shorelines; no seasonal viewing peak.
