Individual Bookings More than 90 days before departure: A penalty of $100 USD per person; the remainder of the deposit is refunded.
60 to 90 days before departure: A penalty of 25% of the total rate; the remainder of the deposit is refunded.
31 to 60 days before departure: A penalty of 50% of the total rate.
Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total rate is forfeited.
Note: For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival), full payment is required within 5 days of confirmation and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
